Laurencekirk Dickson Hall

The Dickson Hall was gifted in the 1900s by the Dickson family to the congregation of the Church, in memory of their parents – hence the name Dickson.

The hall is not owned by the Church, but a hall for use by the community. The hall is a trust and a registered Charity. Kirk elders are trustees and day-to-day management is devolved to a management committee, comprising trustees and members of the comunity.

The hall was extensively refurbished and extended in 2009 thanks to grants of money received from the town center regenaration fund, Aberdeenshire Council and the Church
